I would like to thank Dr. Bowen for the excellent care received during my visit to her office. I don’t like going to the doctor, but the warm welcome my wife and I received made me feel better about being there. I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination room and that Dr. Bowen and her staff offered sanitizer and wore masks. In COVID times, feeling safe, especially a healthcare facility, is very important. You did a thorough job, explained everything that you were doing and asked us if we had any questions. My wife is getting on like a drill sergeant for me to take my medication, but I still thank you as I am feeling much better now.
